We will bill your credit card for one night's stay to hold your reservation. If you should have to cancel your reservation or shorten your stay with us, you must do so 5 days before your scheduled arrival. There is a $15 service charge on all cancellations. Rescheduling must also be done 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival; we will then transfer your entire deposit to your new date. You can reschedule once, within one year. NO REFUNDS, RESCHEDULING OR SHORTENED STAYS DURING THE 5 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE OR AFTER YOU HAVE ARRIVED AT TANYARD SPRINGS.

We will do our very best to accommodate your request for a specific cabin. However, we do reserve the right to change your cabin based on availability or due to situations that are beyond our control. NO PETS ALLOWED.

CHECK IN IS 4:00 P.M. CHECK OUT IS 11:00 A.M.

If you wish to check in early, you can call our office on the day of your arrival, to check the status of your cabin. If your cabin is ready, you can begin checking in at 2:00 p.m.

Our office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If arriving after our office has closed, we have a key dispenser located on the office porch, with directions for its usage clearly displayed. You will need to use the last 4 digits of the telephone number you gave us when you made your reservation.

In our attempt to maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for every guest, we can not allow recreational vehicles, all-terrain vehicles or trailers in the cabin area. We will be happy to assist you in finding adequate parking elsewhere on Tanyard Springs property.

If you are a Tanyard Springs guest who enjoys fishing, be sure to bring along fishing equipment to fish in the Tanyard Pond. It is stocked with bass, catfish, crappie and bream. You are welcomed to keep the fish you catch; no license required. We also have miniature golf, horseshoes, volleyball and our own private hiking trail to enhance your stay with us.

Each cabin comes equipped with porch furniture, outdoor grill, picnic table and hammock for your enjoyment and relaxation.

Payment in full for your entire stay will be due upon arrival. If you arrive after the office has closed, please come to the office the next day at your earliest convenience, to pay in full for your entire stay.
